Politics aside. What is next???!!

Good health is a gift from above. It should be celebrated at all time. Nobody wishes to be ill for a second since it does more harm than good. It can cut down a man’s efficiency level drastically making him impotent with regards to his duty as a human, or a leader.

It is worse when a country is declared sick. It shuts down slowly like a child gradually succumbing to fever. The symptoms are the child loses appetite to eat in-order to feed his cells which in turn ensures he completes his growth cycle. Secondly he becomes too weak to move a limb. This means he is almost useless to his household at that moment. Thirdly, he becomes vulnerable to physical harms where flexibility is needed to escape environmental tremors and what have you. At that point he needs special care. It is worse if he is admitted to a hospital for extra health care. He is by then at the mercy of the doctors (incompetent or not) at the clinic.

Now this is applicable to human government. It is expected that it must work else it is useless. Governance is not a birth right neither must it be considered a part time job, or a hobby. To lead one must be 100% fit; mentally and physically. That is the only way efficiency can be achieved. There is no room for bigotry. There is no room for corruption. No room for negligence or bias, or rancor.

Our interpretation of politics today makes it a very wrong path to consider taking. As the great novelist, George Orwell, would say

“In our age there is no such thing as ‘keeping out of politics.’ All issues are political issues, and politics itself is a mass of lies, evasions, folly, hatred and schizophrenia”

Politics is just a synonym for deceit. It is man’s most brutal idea. So let us keep it aside and look at a new horizon. Let us talk about sharing roles and, services without tempting rewards. Let us get rid of those things that make us hate and kill each other such as political gains, loots and outrageous salaries. Then we can consider becoming responsible and making contributions to the growth of the nation. Let corruption be given a harsh punishment to cut it down tremendously. Then it will not be enviable. Even a president can be punished for negligence. There is no such thing as immunity where justice is held high
